- I agree to a mutual benefit agreement with G2A Properties Company by uploading my property(s) on this website, and they are obligated to use all of their marketing channels to promote my property to prospective buyers. I also consent to pay G2A Properties a professional fee of 2.5% of the total sales of the aforementioned property(s) upon the buyer(s)' payment of theproperty.

- As a realtor, I am required to list at least five properties on this platform for advertising once I have completed and had my KTR form approved.
